refer to one article only, that headed "commencement and term of
agreement" and providing for one years not ice,
I granted special interview on February 10th to
HSIEH, the new managing director and informed him that I was
prepared to discuss the revision of the agreement as soon as it appears that the Chinese section was approaching efficiency in accordance with exisiting agreement.
